SECURPAN^TM panels are mainly designed for roofing systems, and in particular for commercial and industrial flat roofing applications. SECURPAN^TM is a fiberboard insulation panel treated to prevent the spread of flames and smoke.

SECURPAN^TM acts as a protective panel for insulation and is used as an underlayment for elastomer or other membranes. SECURPAN^TM products were developed to reduce fire hazards and protect insulation when applying hot asphalt on roofing and when torching is required to weld membranes.

SECURPAN^TM can be fastened with hot asphalt or mechanically fastened to steel or wood decks.

For the past 15 years, Louiseville Speciality Products Inc. has made substantial R&D investments to develop fire retardant fiberboard panels strictly composed of recycled wood products (pallets, demolition and urban waste) with a constant focus on environmental protection and cost reduction. Today, our efforts have paid off with the successful marketing of our 100% recycled and recyclable SECURPAN^TM panels. These are manufactured in a mill with a closed loop water system. The environmentally sound manufacturing process and ecological components of SECURPAN^TM products encourage construction practices aimed at protecting human health and the environment. SECURTORCH^TM is a safe and unique fiberboard roofing insulation coated with a polymer layer, with its core thoroughly treated for fire-resistance.

SECURTORCH^TM can be glued with hot asphalt on an existing sublayer or on any other fiberboard (natural or preferably fire-resistant). It can also be mechanically fastened to steel or wood decks. Please refer to architect's installation specifications in that matter.
